Please help! My screen is blank and all white. Phone is frozen and will not turn on or off. Just makes the sound of taking a photo when I try to turn it off. I have removed and re-inserted sim card, and plugged into my computer as well as wall outlet. Charge is fine.

Press and hold home button and sleep/wake button together for 10 seconds to see if you can forced hard reboot.
