I just tried the SIM card trick - no luck there either Smiley Sad. I am actually up in Glens Falls but will be making my way down to Albany later today - might be the only option to stop into the corporate office. Thanks for all of the help.

Yikes, let's make sure we get your services back up and running without any kind of issues, Albany1234. I am showing that everything is good in that zip code. One thing that I would suggest on trying is to reset the network settings. You can do that by going into Settings, General, Reset, and Reset Network Settings. Once that is completed you will need to re-enter your wi-fi info in the phone. But, test out the cell network. Please keep us posted.
