Can anyone on Verizon's end help with this issue?
I am trying to start the new NFL Mobile app and it is crashing. I am paying $5.00 a month to have this work.
Thanks,
Dan

Epic fail on behalf of Verizon. First full Sunday and they fumble the ball. Have tried deleting, reloading, and even canceled the service online and attempted to reinstate it....no luck. $5.00/ month so I can just go straight to ESPN ? Ridiculous.

Okay, I think I found the work around. Delete the app and then login to the Verizon wireless website and remove the NFL mobile from your services. Once this is done. Reinstall the app and set up your account again. It worked for me and RedZone is now streaming! Good luck.

ashtontr, thanks for helping us support Dan_Pierce. First, let's make sure that the NFL Mobile app feature is added to your wireless number: http://bit.ly/xB4iTc Next, download the NFL Mobile application to your device. Make sure that the WiFi feature is disabled and you are connected to Verizon Wireless' network. Lastly, let's try to launch it. If the issue persists, NFL Mobile app support is just a call away. You can reach them at 800-635-5300.
