Need order status under national account

I had my iPhone 5 upgrade order placed yesterday and would like to know the status, however, because this a national account, I don't have access to the order status. Is there any way to check this online?  I have an order confirmation email and it has a order# that starts with VZBxxxxxxx but it's not recognized when I try it in http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/support/order-status

Hi there Cubanpete,

I'm really excited for you to get your new phone! Business accounts are definitely a little bit different.  I can say that the order numbers that are accepted are generally all digits. Please try that out instead!
