New Activation?

Hello, I recently purchased an iPhone 5s and activated it, only to find that my number didn't transfer over from my iPhone 4. So now my iPhone 4 has my phone number and my new iPhone says Unknown Number and won't let me send texts or anything. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your new phone. We want you to have a great experience with a new device. It sounds like your new phone is not fully activated. You will want to make sure that you power off your iPhone 4 and then run the activation process for the 5s. You can also change the devices online http://vz.to/13VW9Ie.
