I keep getting the messages 'No SIM Card Installed' or 'SIM Failure' and then lose all service. Sometimes turning the phone off will bring it back but more often than not it does not come back. Why is this and how do I combat the issue?
I would attach a picture of the screen with the message, but alas, I have no service. 
On another note, the screen often does not respond to my touch. I have to touch items numerous times or with force (which proabbly only means my finger lingers a bit longer and with anger)
