Recently contacted verizon to see if my old phone (4) would be able to call overseas since I was taking a trip to Europe. It wasn't so I purchased an IPhone 5S for the purpose of being able to internationally roam. Low and behold I arrive yesterday and show "no service" since I've been here. How do I contact Verizon to have them remedy the problem? My phone doesn't work obviously, and apparently the chat feature doesn't work in the UK. There is no email address to reach them to my knowledge. Can I have them call my wife's phone? I'd rather not use her minutes since it will be expensive and I don't feel this is my fault. Any ideas?
