I ordered my Iphone 5 as soon as I was able to on 9/14 at 1 am MT. I have yet to receive an e-mail from Verizon or anything for that matter, but my credit card has been charged. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
If your credit card was charged, then yours is being shipped. That is Verizon's process. It could just be a glitch in the email system. Try calling 611 and saying "order status" and see if you have a shipping number.
