It has gotten bad enough where I am nervous to make important calls from my device.  I am having these issues in the 28202 zip code.  Please help!

There are a lot of considerations to take in while trying to figure why you have dropped calls over the past few weeks.  These are a few helpful questions to keep in mind but you may still need to have contact Verizon to have them to open a trouble ticket for them look deeper into the potential behavior. 

  1. What could have change, i.e. got a new case, turned on HD Calling, new bluetooth etc?
  2. Does it happen everywhere or specific location?
  3. Does happen while the phone is in safe mode (if that is an option) or no change?
  4. Are others having the same problem?
  5. Has the phone been serviced or looked at? It may have a software update available.
