I need help. I was playing around with my IPhone 5 and I locked my sim card. I cant send texts or call anyone. It keeps telling me that my SIM cannot be accessed!! Please help.

Log in to My Verizon on your computer. Look for the section that says "I Want To...". Click on the word "Device" (it's in red). Next to the picture of your iPhone you will see a link that says "My PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK)". Click on it and you will see the code you will need to enter to unlock your sim

Strange. "My PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK)" does no appear next to the image of my iPhone. I did the exact same thing and am stuck in a rabbit hole trying to get it resolved with Verizon. Any further help is much appreciated!
