My daughter downloaded the new update. Now her phone has a black screen and ITUNES logo and says to plug phone in. We have tried turning off and back on over and over again but it comes back to the same screen and has been like this for about 3 hours.
I'm dealing with the same problem. After the update the data shot thru the roof and I have WiFi. Now my Sim is locked and the phone won't function properly.
I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having issues with your device, Michelec650! Are you getting an error message stating that your SIM is locked? Can you provide the exact message you are getting?
You can also view your data usage on My Verizon to see the dates and times, and determine what may be causing this.
