I listen to a podcast, and it either concludes or I quit. Some time later, it suddenly starts playing again, for no apparent reason. This is potentially embarrassing or more serious. In particular, it happens during a phone call, cutting off the call, or after an alarm rings and I turn off the alarm. This has been happening for a few days.
