Poor IPhone Store Experience

I went to the local Verizon authorized store and they told me what my monthly bill (with corporate discount) would be if I switched to Verizon Since they did not have phones in stock (strange) I went to a different Verizon store in Kenwood. During the transaction I inquired on the monthly fee and they quoted me more than the first store. At that point I did not want the phones but they insisted since they had opened the box for me I needed to pay a restocking fee plus state tax. Finally at the end they refused to give me a receipt with any information such as my cancellation of service. My advise is get your total costs up front and buyer beware.
