Anybody that ordered through Apple yesterday has had their order changed from processing to >>>Preparing for Shipment because mine just changed to that I ordered at about 12:20 am. I am still waiting for the order to change from the one I did with verizon at about 12:05 am

That You very much for your reply Melissa and yes I did receive my phone on friday but unfortunately it has numerous scuffs on it. What can I do to fix this issue?
