I had to get a replacement iPhone 5 from Apple and they moved my SIM card into the replacement one and activated everything. Now my MyVerzion page shows a white box and an error at the top about the SIM not being in their system...
Any ideas?
Apple just replaced my iphone 5 and my verizon account is doing the same thing. Only i cant change my service package because of it. id like to lower my data but because my phone is not recognized by verizon i cant do anything. and i am getting the run around by apple and verizon.
