Retrieve deleted text???

How can I retrieve text that have been deleted? AND can I keep track of my childs text from the computer?

I can further assist lbasso! You are unable to retrieve a text that has been deleted and no longer on your Verizon Wireless device. You can keep track of your child's text by loggin into your My Verizon site here http://bit.ly/xB4iTc >Select View Usage>Messages>Choose the line you want to see the log for. This will display the dates, time and numbers of received and sent text messages. This will not display the actual content of the message.
