Everyone who has called me says that my Ringback Tone is full of static. Anyone know why or how I can fix it? I've tried and tried to find help on it on the Verizon website, but it sucks at being helpful or giving you the chance to e-mail for support.

It's a new tone and it started happening within the week of purchasing it.

It is happening with all of them. There is no static calling out.

Yesterday's ringtone seemed to have less static than the days before but
today's has alot.
