So I dropped my iphone 5 and busted the face. I got a new one through insurance the next day and uploaded all previous info to phone......I DIDN'T change out SIM cards. Is there a way to activate the current card in my new phone. I've called Verizon a jillion times, but they are overloaded and I can't talk to anyone. Someone please steer me in the right direction.

Remove the SIM card from the old phone and put it in the new phone.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

what if you think someone is somehow fraudulently getting info from your phone, would changing the sim card change the history of my phone so I no longer use it for banking ect. I am also being spoofed on my landline now as well and my cell phone
