I've been told twice by customer service that my AMEX has been charged and I would be receiving a confirmation, but still NOTHING!! I preordered Sept 14th at 3:12 AM (EST) and immediately received a confirmation showing an arrival date of 9/21. Then it got changed to a shipping date of 9/21, then a shipping date of 10/5. Now it's blank! AMEX still shows the charge as pending.
Anybody else having this much difficulty?
Hey dukeguy. Sorry we weren't able to get to your post before the 21st. Was your iPhone delivered yet? If the payment was held up in a pending status on AMEX, that may have delayed the shipment. If you're still anxiously waiting, I would suggest checking with AMEX to see if the charge has possibly been held up as a possible fraud charge to have it released and sent out.
