I ordered my phone on 9/24 in the morning at my local verizon store. I was told that instead of it being sent to my house it would be delivered to the store, and I would be notified when it arrived. Is it possible that it will arrive before the 10/19 ship date? I had originally preordered on 9/14, but then cancelled to order it through the store so I wouldn't have to be at home for the delivery (I'm a teacher and there is very little chance I'd be at home to sign for it). This waiting is hard!

It has been my experience that the phones have been coming earlier than the date quoted, but it would be best to confirm your order
