So.... I've been to the Apple store 6 times, and have called Verizon customer care 4 times, and supposedly my phone randomly resetting itself whenever it wants to is a software glitch that Apple is very well aware of. My phone does a Springboard reset about a dozen times a day, as well as switches back and forth from 1X roaming to 3G, to LTE, to No Service. I purchased the insurance from Apple and Verizon and neither will trade out phones for me because of this software issue. Looks like I have to have my phone run over before I can send it back. Can anyone shed some light on this issue. My friends with the iPhones 4 and 5 models have ZERO issues. Seems to be a 5s only issue. I'm sooooo frustrated with this!!
