I am having issue using my iPhone 5s in my Kia Forte EX. When trying to answer calls via hands free all I get is loud static. Can anyone tell me how to correct this or what the problem is. It is very aggravating that I am unable to use hands free while driving. Thank you!!
The Bluetooth function is so important now days tgillotti! Especially while driving. Let's figure out what's going on with your phone/ vehicle. Have you been able to pair phone with any other Bluetooth device? Has it ever worked without the static in your vehicle? If not, it could be that the phone isn't compatible with your vehicle. One thing you can try is unpairing and then pair again, to see if changes. If no improvement, you can reach out to your Kia dealer to see what issue can be.
