Yea that's Sad Verizon Customer Service opens in just a few hour but if your Note 2 is your only phone that's not going to help your Situation.. something to have as a back-up is a Land Line even if you have it set up for Local service only you can call out 800 numbers and can reach your family in the local Area..
Hopefully at your Local Verizon Store they can get the issue with your Note 2 fixed Quickly..
