I too am having this issue. I get texts from everyone except my son who has an iPhone. I cannot send to him, or receive his. Not sure what to try
I am having this same problem. I cannot send texts to a couple contacts unless it is sent with a picture. I have made sure the contacts both have 10 digit phone numbers. I have visited the apple store (they swear it is a t-mobile carrier problem which it is not since one of the contacts is verizon). I have done a system reset via iTunes. Please help verizon. I am frustrated and you need to work with apple to find a solution to this problem.
