Why can't my husband receive text messages from me and when I try calling it goes straight to voicemail. We pushed unblock last night just in case but he's at work and he's texting me and he isn't getting mine

When was the last time that you were able to send text messages to him?
When was the last time that you called him successfully without going straight to voicemail?
What specific unblock did you push to what phone (yours, or his)?
