Traveling Abroad - Cant connect after purchasing international roaming data plan.

Here is my issue, I purchased global 100 megabyte plan for my trip to Dublin before I left for my trip. When I arrived in Dublin, my phone connected to 3G service but crapped out sometime last night and has been unable to connect to any network since then. I cannot call customer support since my phone is not connected to a network and the live chat option is not functional on the site. Im at a loss at what to do. Please help!

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having in Dublin. I'm sure you would rather focus on your trip. Power your phone off, reseat your SIM card http://vz.to/1t0gTKT and power back on.
