Phone worked fine in Denmark and Germany, but in Spain (now Barcelona) we have "no service." This has been a huge pain and we can't figure out why or how to fix it. Any ideas?

Thank you. It was a bit more complicated than a reboot, but we got it working, about in time to leave Spain. I am pretty disappointed in the whole experience. We spent a couple hours with Verizon customer service and nothing they suggested worked. Finally, two days later, an expert provided us the steps by email.

I hope you're enjoying your time abroad, BobMcPeek! Let's ensure your device is up and running in Spain. I recently came back from a trip abroad myself and if I did run into an issue with no service a power cycle / reboot of the device usually did the trick. May I ask what device you're currently using?
