Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The option should be there for you. Have you tried to do a soft reset on your phone? Please press and hold the menu and power button at the same time. If this does not work, then we will have to do a hard reset. Please make sure you back up your phone first. Then go to Settings, General and then Reset. Choose Erase all Content and Settings.
