I updated the software on my Iphone 5 about a week ago and since then I haven't been able to make or receive any calls. I tried restarting the phone, resetting the network settings, and checked that there is steady coverage in my neighborhood. The only thing I can think of is that something happened when I updated the software. Is anyone else having a problem? Is there anything I can try that I haven't tried yet?
I had that problem too and I was told to connect the phone to my computer (which has iTunes) and sync it. The provider (Verizon for me) had to update its settings, which happened with the sync-ing and then the phone worked normally again.
