When I try to set up a mobile hotspot on my iPhone 5S, it prompts me to click on a link to mobile.vzw.com/hybridclient/mvm/hotspot. However, when I go to the link it gives me an error.
All of my family members are on the same unlimited plan that I use, and they can all set up mobile hotspots perfectly. I don’t know why this occurs or how to fix it.

I would suggest having the account owner call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from their phone and ask if they is any blocks on your line specifically a block related to the mobile hotspot feature.
