I recently used an upgrade on one of my lines to purchase an IPhone 5S. Today I noticed in my account that it says this particular device is a 'CLNR'. I was under the impression that customers get Certified Like New Replacement products when they file a claim. As my purchase was not a replacement phone I should have gotten a new IPhone 5S Space Gray 64GB not a CLNR. Can someone from Verizon Wireless customer support follow up with me on this inquiry?
