I've been a wireless subscriber with Verizon for 5+ years now and have retained my current 450 Min/Unlmtd Email & Web plan since then, most recently upgrading to an iphone 4s when that was released.
I don't use a whole lot of data currently but that might change and frankly I have no desire to switch. I've recently learned that Verizon is no longer allowing long term holders of Unlimited data plans to upgrade to a new device at the promotional price while retaining their existing plans. While disappointing, I can uderstand why they would not want to continue honoring these plans.
My question is, can I purchase an unlocked iphone 5s at full price from the Apple store and have it activated to my unlimited account?
I appreciate your responses.
