***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. This phone on our plan is using over 6GB a month and we do not know why. The largest app we have is using only using 736MB. When talking with customer service they said that it had to be videos and music after the update and that the phone update turned on the higher quality. But his phone does not even get used for videos and music and he hooks it up top wifi whenever he can. Not sure what to do and tired of paying so much more than we want to pay for two phone

Jonglen  We want you to be able to enjoy your phone. The data usage can bea concern if you're notsurewhat's causing it to change. 6gb is a lot of data dpending on how the phone is being used. Tell us more about what specifically the data IS being for.
