my visual voice mail is not working;

Apple said it was a network problem, which verizons network has been a problem at least once a month they are forwarding my calls to dfferent numbers changing my number with out approval and now making it practically impossible for me to QUICKLY check my many voice mails. I have reset network settings reset the entire phone, turned the data on and off and on again, changed my voicemail password, gone into verizon and had them play with it and not fix it, they turned my voicemail on and off and nothing changed. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE, i refuse to dial *86 and listen to that lady list of the phone number an options every time i need to quickly listen to a message.

The current solution is to have a VZW Level II Tech:

  1. Delete the VVM feature on the account.
  2. Add the feature back to the MDN.


- This only requires to power down iPhone.

     - If it is your only phone, you will need to power down for the process.

-  You will lose all of your previous VMails.


It took longer to find a knowledgable tech than it did to actually fix the problem.
