Verizon ran a promotion last month that allowed customers to receive a free iPhone 5c if they upgraded and extended their contract for two years. When I went to check out, I was informed that I would pay a $30 upgrade fee but that the cost for the phone was $0.00. Yet, when I received my bill this month, Verizon charged me for the phone. I don't see how they can say one thing when I checkout and approve of the sale but something completely different once the phone arrives. Has anyone else had this problem? This seems ridiculous!

Did you get the phone during the month of March? Did you get any accessories with the phone?
