Verizon Cloud Contacts Issue

I have photos, video, and contacts in my Verizon Cloud account. The photos and videos updated onto my new iPhone 5c, but the contacts did not. I can only access them through the Verizon Cloud app. How can I get the contacts to appear in my Contact folder on my phone?

Hi casy6!

I want to ensure you're able to get your contacts on your new iPhone 5c.  You will need to install the Backup Assistant application for your new device http://vz.to/1i51t4A.  Have you installed the Backup Assistant application onto your previous device and had it synced your contacts prior to activating your new device?  If so, once you install the application, it will prompt you to enter your Backup Assistant PIN and it will then restore your contacts to your new device.  Let me know how this works out for you.  Thanks!

I had not done that before today, but just did. It said it downloaded 354 contacts, but they still aren't showing on my phone.

casy6, good job! You're almost there. Did you have a chance to download the Verizon Cloud to your device from the Apple App store? https://itunes.apple.com/app/id645682444 Once that application is downloaded, you will be able to upload your contacts to your device.

I already have the Verizon Cloud app on my new phone, and all of my contacts are in the Cloud. I cannot get them onto my phone.

Let's take a closer look. Did you download/backup the contacts on the previous device? If so, download the back up assistant application on your new phone and select back up now to restore those contacts. The great news is that they appears online and remain safe on our server.

I have the Back Up Assistant app on my phone, and went through the process. the Contacts still do not appear in my contact list.

Unfortunately, when I follow your steps provided below, My Verizon tells me that my phone does not support sync from the web. I had tried this before, and tried it again today. Please help with a different solution.

casy6, no worries. Help is here. Did you have a chance to download the Verizon Cloud application to your iPhone device? Are you able to view your contacts and media saved on line at our website? http://vz.to/IsygQ6  Did you back up your previous device online at the Cloud prior to activating the iPhone device? Which make/model phone did you have before? Do you still have that device?
