Verizon has issued a press release that indicates that Facetime with the iPhone 5 will NOT be blocked over the cellular network as ATT-T has promised. Sprint has also indicated that Facetime will be available over there cellular network. Good news for users.

So you must think that restrictions on your phone are a good thing. I believe choice is best and this is what users are getting with the ability to use Facetime either over a WiFi or over cellular connection.
