I have vibrate on silent turned on, then I switched off the ringer and have someone call me, there was no vibrate at all.

I want to help you gain full functionality for your ringer options Kimbr7! Have you tried power cycling your device(off/on)? When did this first start? Did you check the toggle switch on the side? If it is set to silent, you won't have any ringer sounds or a vibrate.

I just received this phone as a replacement because mine was not
charging...so to me this is pretty much a brand new phone. Yes I have
turned it off and on and even re-set the network settings.
On my old phone I could set the side toggle to "silent" and the phone would
still vibrate because in my settings I have it to "vibrate on silent" It
does not vibrate at all...not even when I set the ringer to vibrate. It's
almost like the vibrate function is completely disabled with the so called
"new" phone.

Kimbr7,
Let's find out what we need to do to get this back up and working. When did you get this device as a replacement? Did the vibrate function ever work on this device or no? What I am going to do is follow you on here. If you could accept that request and then turn around and follow me back. Once I get that request to follow you I will accept it. Then once we are following each other please send me a Direct Message. Hope to hear from you soon.
