Only when you are connected to a WiFi.  Due to design limitations/decision imposed by Apple none of the 5 series can do SVDO on the network (unless connected to WiFi).  When VoLTE rolls out and is supported by the iPhone (which will require a new phone) will will be able to.

So, the rollout is supposed to start next year, so VoLTE should be available in major metropolitan areas, but not in the middle of the country, right?
