Do you use the Visual Voicemail? Do you have an active 4G or 3G cellular connection during those times you aren't receiving the notifications?

I don’t use visual voicemail. I do have an active 4G or strong wifi signal most of the day.

@JD003
It’s important that you’re able to receive your voicemail notifications quickly and as soon as the caller leaves a message. I’d like to take a closer look into this issue with you.
What model phone do you have? What exact steps do you take to access your voicemail messages? Please let me know so that I can further assist.

I have the Iphone 5S and I simply tap the phone icon and select messages at the bottom. I select the message I want to hear and press the play button.

That is a visual voicemail system. The voicemail for iPhones are handled by the Apple servers.

JD003, you're absolutely correct. We're responsible for providing you with reliable service. Cellular Data must be enabled on your iPhone 5S when accessing Visual Voicemail as you're required to connect to our network. Are you connected to Wi-Fi when you have this issue? If so, please make sure that Cellular is enable on in Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data ON.
