It just stopped working, I've done soft and hard resets. I tried the button before I restored my content. I strongly thing it's a hardware issue. I bought this phone in January, so it (actually all of iPhone 5's) are still under warranty. Do I have to contact Apple myself or can I take it to where I bought it to have it replaced?
Thanks!

Well since it's a Mechanical issue and if you have Warranty you should be able to get another one from Verizon but it will more and likely be a refurbished one). As for Apple since it's there product you might have a better chance of getting a New iPhone threw them i would contact them First and see what they say but i would think they would want to take care of it for ya immediately..
