I ordered a 32GB Space Gray on Friday at 3:01. I received confirmation at 3:05AM with an expected ship date of 9/24.
My credit card was charged on 9/21 and I have receipts in my documents on their site.
As of right now here is what I get from their order status page:

I never received an email last night.
I suspect there is an issue with my order but the CSRs on the phone are very unhelpful. I had to call Verizon this morning to get a status and I was told 10/7.
Has anyone had this experience?
