I went to put my charger into my phone and for some reason the port will not accept the charger. I just got the phone a month ago. What is the problem? I had an Android for several years and never encountered this problem.

Are you using the charger that came in the box and plugging into the wall? Is there damage to the charger or phone http://vz.to/1hsqmD6 ? Please use a different charger and let us know what the outcome is as well as answering the questions above.
