agents are never available? No matter when I try to chat with an agent always get the reply all agents are busy
That's odd, I've never tried doing live chat before... does it put you in line and tell you how many people waiting or anything like that?
I haven't used live chat in a while, but when I used it reps connected fairly quickly. Now it seems that there's always the notation that no agent is available. Best I can tell you aren't put in a queue.
Out of curiosity, I just tried live chat again and again saw the 'all agents are busy' notation, and I tried several discussion topics.
