I have never been so disappointed with verizon wireless. The consumer service rep manager Kia, was so rude and unwilling to work with me when the company it self was at fault. Just terrible.
If anyone could send me an address in which I could share my experience with there team. I am not going to cancel my service over my experience.
Give this a try to it least look for the appropriate person for ur area. I had issues years ago that we're well documented. They contacted me the following day and resolved issue.
