Why are all my incoming calls going to another device?

All my incoming calls to my iPhone 5c are going to another line (a basic flip phone) on our family account. I am receiving only a missed call notification.

Is call forwarding set on your phone?  Dial *73, wait for tones, then hang up.  See if that removes the forwarding.
