I have a new Galaxy S6 and cannot receive texts either though I can send them just fine. What gives? I am in zip code 82604. Thanks!
If you recently just switched to Verizon by porting or activating a new line, it could take 24 hours for things to work themselves out and your phone to fully function.
Thank you MiiHere. It has been at least 36 hours since porting but a Verizon rep had me try a soft restart and it solved the problem at least for now.
