Why can't I text photos to Android phones?

Can't text photos to Android phones without getting a failed message  notification. Any help?

Let’s get those precious memories sent! Have you been able to send these messages in the past? If so, when did this start? Are you using the native Messaging app or a 3rd party download?

try holding power + home button at same time for about 10sec.

check Settings > Messages > MMS  - on

Settings> Messages > Send as SMS - on
