Why can't i send picture/video messages to non-apple devices?

I've done everything they said to online....I have iMessage turned off and my SMS turned on but they still won't send! Anyone have a fix ?

misspixie1234,

That does seem a bit odd. Let's make sure we get you back up and running with picture message and video messages. What model iPhone do you have? Have you tried to reset the network setting in the phone? You can do that by going into Settings, General, Reset, and then Reset Network Settings. This will still keep your contacts, pictures, and other info in your phone. You would need to re-enter your wi-fi information in the phone after performing a Network Reset. Once the phone powers back on try to send a picture message to somebody. Then keep us posted.
