Please help me with this. My dad is able to facetime while he is in the car without having to be on WiFi connections, so i dont understand why mine wont do the same thing. Mine only works sometimes with WiFi. :[

Verizon does allow face-time over cellular so make sure you have cellular data turned on in the phones settings. Also make sure the cellular data is on as well.
